The Leadership Principles are : 1.VISION- The driving force of any Leadership course is an inspiring vision. A vision gives you a sense of direction, gives you the ability to look beyond what is to what should be and serves as a goal motivation to bring about exciting results. 2. BELIEVE THE RIGHT THINGS-" Believe' is a verb which means to act on. When you truly believe, you will act upon your dream and your actions will cause it to come to pass. What you believe deep down determines what you expect, and what you expect determines how you will act. If you expect to fail, sure enough you will. If you expect to succeed, sure enough you will. 3. GOAL SETTING- It is not enough to have a vision; goals must be set for the accomplishment of the goals. 4. BUILD A LEADERSHIP TEAM- Provide a platform for communication/Interaction, mutual trust and respect, utilization of potentials and delegation of functions. 5. SELF DEVELOPMENT- Every would-be-successful Leader must develop interest on subjects of Leadership, Read success oriented Books, Develop new working skills, Acquire further knowledge so as to be able to stay on course. 6. ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY- Be responsible to your followers, invest in their personal development. Develop genuine interest in their welfare and readily provide solution to their immediate problems. 7. INTEGRITY- Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. You will never engender confidence in your subordinates and followers if you lack this moral principle. 8. ATTITUDE- Don't be too rigid/ hard for people to get along with easily. Instead, develop a servant attitude, serving as an overseer, not because you must, but because you are willing as God wants you to be; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but setting yourself an example for others to follow. 9. INFLUENCE- To have influence on people simply means to have an effect on the way they behave or think, especially by giving them an example to follow. To achieve this: (a) You must be strong and courageous (b) Develop self discipline (c) Assume the position of a Mentor (d)Have clearly defined personal policies 10. RELATIONSHIPS- Life is not built on acquisitions and accomplishments, it's built on relationships. So make every effort to keep yours in good shape. Be open to other people's views and avoid giving rooms for misconceptions. Learn to tolerate criticisms and take corrections where necessary. Remember, without people, Leadership will be meaningless. 11. THE GOD FACTOR- No matter how tough the going gets, don't forget to commit your ways to the Lord.
